NURSE MANAGER

Springfield, Missouri

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of nursing and medical assistant professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to meet our patients' needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and coaching to help your team members grow and succeed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and questions, and ensuring they receive exceptional care.
  • Implement continuous learning and development initiatives, keeping your team up-to-date with the latest best practices and industry standards.
  • Perform chart audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize patient care and efficiency.
  • Partner with other clinic nurse managers to coordinate staffing across all locations, ensuring we're always prepared to meet patient demand.
  • Document employee counseling memos and corrective action plans, working closely with the Director of Nursing and Human Resources to address any personnel issues promptly and fairly.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to your team, empowering them to take ownership of their roles and advance their careers within our clinics.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN licensure in Missouri
  • At least one year of supervisory experience (preferred)
